Moxibustion Womb Warming Treatments- $75/45-minute session It is vital to bring heat back into the womb after birth to assist in regenerating blood flow and replenish all fluids lost throughout the birthing process.  I utilize a warming herb called Mugwort, that has been used for centuries in many cultures to bring heat into the body. This session will include a guided meditation that will leave you fully relaxed and nurtured.

"Closing of the Bones" Rite of Passage Ceremony- $150/75-minute session- a sacred ceremony that I learned from traditional midwife, Rachelle Garcia Seliga of Innate Traditions, honoring the “Rite of Passage” one takes when giving birth to a baby, where the postpartum parent is held and wrapped in long, woven scarves, traditionally called Rebozos from head to toe, similar to the way a baby is swaddled, as a way to physically and energetically close the body and anoint/acknowledge the parent during this sacred time after giving birth.

Bengkung Belly Binding-$75/30-minute session with belly bind provided- a healing holistic practice that originates from Malaysia that consists of wrapping the midsection of the body with a long muslin fabric to offer postural support for the newly postpartum body; as well as, offer warmth for healing the uterine muscles and internal organs from the cool process of childbirth.

Herbal Steaming Session- $75/45-minute session- an ancient health practice that involves sitting over warm steaming herbs that is a traditional practice in, at least, 28 countries worldwide. Although steaming varies from place to place, it is universally used after giving birth as another great way of bringing warmth back into the womb.  The steaming supports the uterus and internal linings to heal after birth.

Personalized Birth Mala Bracelet and Meditation Ceremony-$ 100/75-minute session- This is a ceremony created especially for newly postpartum individuals to honor and acknowledge the “Rite of Passage” that one must take when welcoming a new baby. You will hand select gemstones that resonate and dedicate each bead through a guided mantra meditation that deeply honors your unique experience with birth.  The mala bracelet created with love, will be in remembrance and reflection of the Hero’s Journey of birth.

Postpartum Massage- $125/75-minute session-It is vital that you receive nurturing touch during the postpartum period and that the touch is warming to the body.  With the use of warm organic sesame oil, you will be able to relax and experience a full body massage that encourages circulation throughout the body, while bringing peace to the mind. 

Reiki Energy Healing Session- $75/1 hr virtual session or $100/1 hr in person -a Japanese healing and relaxation technique done by lightly placing hands on or hovering over different energy centers in the body. This stimulates the area and helps channel new energy throughout the chakras "energy wheels" of the body, allowing for balance to be restored and a soothing effect after the physical and emotional demands of birth. This service can be offered virtually if desired.
